In 2007, a school shooting at a university of such magnitude shocked the world. Now, this seems sadly routine. When Cho opened fire on the Virginia Tech campus, the community reeled and the news media descended on the college town of Blacksburg, Virginia. Shortly thereafter, Dr. Timothy Luke, University Distinguished Professor of Political Science at Virginia Tech, and founding editor of Fast Capitalism, Dr. Ben Agger, decided to put together a special issue of Fast Capitalism on the massacre. Please revisit Issue 3.1 at this 12 year anniversary.
