The Director of the Center for Theory, Dr. David Arditi, will be presenting this weekend at the Southern Sociological Society in Atlanta, GA. The panel is called “Creative Workers, Creative Communities” and Dr. Arditi’s presentation is titled “Musical Showcase as Confidence Game.” This project outlines one of the chapters in his forthcoming book The Ideology of Getting Signed.
